Job description:
Has Morgan Industries is looking for a Truck Driver to join our team in the La Joya, TX area.
Responsibilities:
• Operate company truck in accordance with federal and state regulations, company safety policies and procedures, and transportation requirements while maintaining vehicle in good repair.
• Maintain truck by cleaning, keeping, and organizing the interior and exterior.
• Report any mechanical or electrical problems to the shop or to management.
• Complete logs and reports as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
• This job requieres be out 2 nights per week
Skills:
• Class A license
• Ability to drive 20+ pounds of cargo (baggage) up and down flights of stairs or over rough terrain.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (steering wheel on the driver's side).
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment tests as (hand) traffic sign examiner.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record.
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
