Whether you're assisting customers through online chats or calls, operating the POS (Point of Sale) system, or guiding customers through product features, your enthusiasm and dedication will make a real difference.
Responsibilities
-Greet customers warmly and offer exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
-Assist customers through online chats, phone calls, or in person
-Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions
-Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment to keep displays attractive and organized
-Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
-Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
Support with inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks
-Use effective communication skills to assist bilingual customers and ensure clear understanding of products and policies
-20 - 40 hours per week available for the first two weeks of February
Requirements
-Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
-Tech friendly
-Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to assist diverse customer needs
-Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves
-Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is a plus
-Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in future growth opportunities
-Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively
