Express Employment is seeking an Administrative Assistants comfortable in the construction setting, or familiar with the industry. Seeking applicants who are organized, confident and experienced with Administrative Office duties. A great opportunity for those with communication/interpersonal skills.
• Answer and transfer telephone calls or text messages
• Sorting, deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and receive customers or visitors
• Provide general information to staff clients or the public
• Type and format or edit routine memos or other reports
• Copy, file, update paper and electronic documents
• Prepare and process bills and other office documents
• Collect information and perform data entry
• Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Good knowledge on PC software, excel, power point, etc.
• Great organization skills
• Bilingual and conversational
• Must have at least experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Construction Background – Strongly preferred
• Conversational in English and Spanish
