Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize computer skills to transcribe, file, and organize documents
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Assist with general office management duties, such as maintaining supplies and coordinating schedules
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and phone calls
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
