For sale here is this wonderful Neumann KM 84 i mt from 1987. It is in immaculate condition, having just been serviced by Neumann. Accordingly, it comes with a certificate of authenticity and a service booklet containing all the information for this exact model.

The "i" in the model name indicates that the microphone has an XLR connector; the "mt" means that it is black (most KM 84s are silver).

Included are an original SG 21 microphone clip and a carrying case.

I recently compared it again with my KM 184 – and the sound is truly stunning. No wonder the KM 84 is a sought-after vintage piece!
