🔧 Job Duties & Experience Required:
• PLC troubleshooting, programming, backups, diagnostics, and updates
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Fanuc 90-30 & 90-80, Micrologix 500 & 1000, HMI Screens, and Siemens
• Diagnose and repair D/C and A/C control circuits from 24–480 VAC
• Troubleshoot servo amplifiers, servo valves, sensors, temperature controls, transducers, frequency variators, circuit boards, and 3-phase motors
• Install and maintain motors, power and light circuits, starters, and circuit breakers
• Diagnose electrical circuits including solid-state controls
• Experience with industrial communication networks (information, control, and device level)
• Hydraulics systems and hydraulic servos experience required
• Electrical troubleshooting and control panel experience (24 VDC)
