Khit Multidisciplinary Group is seeking a driven, outgoing Field Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This is a highly active, relationship-based sales role ideal for someone who thrives on being in the field, meeting new people, and promoting services face-to-face.
About the Role
This role functions primarily as a field-based healthcare sales representative, responsible for actively promoting our services, developing referral relationships, and expanding our presence in the community. You will spend the majority of your time on the road visiting clients and fellow healthcare providers. You will be expected to confidently present our services, build long-term professional relationships, and generate consistent growth. Success in this role requires energy, persistence, professionalism, and comfort with daily in-person outreach.
Position Details
Position: Field Marketing Representative
Location: Rio Grande Valley (primary) + Austin/Kyle (monthly travel required)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM –5:30 PM
Travel Requirement: Driving 4–5 days per week; monthly travel to Austin and Kyle required
Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Paid time off, Paid sick leave, Life insurance Compensation: $16/hour, commensurate with experience.

•Is goal-oriented and motivated by measurable growth •Works independently and manages their schedule effectively Key Responsibilities: •Drive daily throughout the Rio Grande Valley to conduct in-person outreach (4–5 days per week) •Travel to Austin and Kyle, Texas at least once per month for relationship development •Build and maintain referral relationships with new/current clients. •Conduct community outreach and promote our services through visits, presentations, and events. •Achieve monthly referral and growth goals •Track daily visits, referral activity, and lead development •Build and maintain long-term professional relationships •Identify new growth opportunities and strategic outreach targets •Plan and execute outreach events and promotional activities •Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in all marketing efforts •Collaborate with leadership to align outreach strategies with company growth goals •Collect and analyze referral and marketing data; prepare reports, analyses, and trend summaries •Represent Khit Multidisciplinary Group professionally in all community interactions. Requirements: •Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred (one year of experience in healthcare or service-based industry preferred). •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Self-motivated with a professional attitude and ability to work independently. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading ability. •Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail. •Strong professional client interaction skills. •Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.
