We are seeking a motivated and dependable Installation Helper to assist with the installation of residential and light commercial exterior systems, including siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter systems. This position supports lead installers in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with installation of vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement, or composite siding
• Help install and repair soffit and fascia systems
• Support seamless gutter installation and downspout placement
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools
Qualifications:
• Construction or exterior installation experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
