Fusion Factor Corporation is a growing technology services company supporting businesses across the United States. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Remote Operator & Dispatcher to support incoming customer communications, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
Position Overview
This is a full-time remote independent contractor opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering calls, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment. The selected candidate will answer inbound calls for both FusionFactor.com and FusionLogic.com, assist new and existing customers, route requests to the appropriate departments, and support day-to-day administrative coordination.
No previous IT industry experience is required. Training for company systems, processes, and IT service coordination will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls professionally for new and existing customers
Provide a positive and professional customer service experience
Route calls and messages to the appropriate department or team member
Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and administrative coordination
Create and update service requests and internal records
Respond to customer emails and communication requests
Follow up on outstanding requests and maintain communication with customers
Support daily operational workflow and organizational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Very strong English speaking and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently from home
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience Requirements
Previous customer service experience is required. Experience in any of the following environments is considered valuable:
Call centers
Reception or front desk positions
Dispatching or scheduling roles
Office administration
Customer support positions
Emergency service or fleet dispatch environments
