We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL-A Delivery Driver for local deliveries of tile, adhesive, grout, and construction materials to customer homes, job sites, and businesses. This is a full-time, home-daily position with steady work, overtime, and performance bonuses. The driver reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate company trucks and delivery vehicles
• Load and unload tile and construction materials safely and accurately
• Deliver products to customer homes, construction sites, and places of business
• Operate forklift equipment; piggyback / truck-mounted forklift experience preferred
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets
• Follow assigned routes or GPS for efficient and timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required paperwork
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of delivery vehicles
• Assist in the warehouse and yard with stocking, loading, and organization when not driving
• Assist customers in the warehouse with loading materials and basic product questions
• Communicate customer concerns, issues, or requests to management promptly
• Treat customers, contractors, and coworkers with courtesy and professionalism
• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
• Valid CDL-A license (required)
• Forklift experience required; piggyback forklift experience a plus
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors as needed
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety, and time management
• Professional attitude and customer-service mindset

• Must remain actively employed and in good standing at time of bonus payout
